Our client is an innovative technology company focused on developing advanced solutions for atmospheric water harvesting and energy-efficient systems. They are seeking a Production Machine Operator for their facility here in Newark DE. The position is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. The right candidate will be able to follow directions, demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing process.
-Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete production tasks-Assist with operating basic production equipment and tools-Perform routine assembly and production duties-Maintain a clean and organized work area-Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times-Inspect products or materials to ensure quality standards are met-Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Job Requirements:
-Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment-Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work-Team players with a positive attitude-Candidates who are comfortable working with their hands and learning new equipment-Someone who takes direction well and wants to grow within a production environment-Basic hand tool experience is a plus but not required
