Job Description
VIP Staffing is immediately hiring an entry level 3RD Shift Machine Operator for a Leading organization in Belen, NM.
This is a Full time Temp to hire opportunity.
Schedule is 11 pm- 7:30am- Training will last Approximately 6 weeks on 1st shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30 pm.
Pay for this position is $17.00 per hour during training when you move to 3rd shift you will get a $1 per hour shift differential that will increase pay to $18 per hour.
As a Machine operator you will:
- Monitor quality of product output.
- visually inspect products for defects.
- alert supervisor of any quality or machine issues.
- Follow all cGMP rules.
Machine operator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Ability to read/write and comprehend English.
