Machine Operator II - 2Nd Shift - $24.10/Hr + $1.00/Hr Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: 3:00pm- 11:00pm, Monday- Friday, OT as needed

What you will do:

As a Machine Operator in our Pharma department, you will be working with products that are improving and saving people's lives by setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product.

• Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs

• Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes

• Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents

• Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed

• Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed

• Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.

• Assist execution of continuous improvement projects

• Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker

What you need:

Preferred

• High School Diploma or GED

• Manufacturing experience in cGMP environment

$24.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential plus bonus potential and benefits.
