- Operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing machinery to maximize efficiency and output.
- Setting up equipment, making adjustments during production, and troubleshooting technical issues to reduce downtime.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standards, reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Reviewing job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accurate production.
- Ensuring labels match job requirements and products are accurately transferred throughout the warehouse.
- Assembling boxes and safely stacking products on pallets for shipping or storage.
- Completing Production Verification sheets at shift start and end, then submitting them to your supervisor.
- Strictly following safety and sanitation guidelines to promote a secure work environment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support safety and productivity.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or prior factory-related experience.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new equipment functions.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Safety training or familiarity with safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
