Machine Operator/Packager/Forklift

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Machine Mill Operator:

• Maintain assigned work areas at the highest possible cleanliness and organized level
• Operate and maintain the production line equipment in the absence of the Operator II
• Load and unload tandem trucks at elevators or storage sites
• Learn and assist in the training of all employees assigned to department daily, as well as Operator II responsibilities
• Monitor rolling stock and storage sites for accurate and status of bins and grain handling equipment
• Bag 25–50-pound bags of sunflower product on a continuous basis
• Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily
• Maintain a high level of personal and environmental safety
• Maintain and promote communication between all departments and management

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Mill Operator Role:

• Knowledge of GMP work environment 
• Ability to communicate with customers clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills 
• Working knowledge of following equipment: Electronic Color Sorter, Gravities, Destoner, Electronic Scales, Package Filling Equipment, Sewing Machines, Computer #alexjobs
