Job Title: Machine Operator/Saw Operator - 26-00119Company or Role Overview:

We are hiring for a well-established manufacturing company in Norwalk that has been in business for over 40 years and is currently expanding operations.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay Rate:$18.00 - $22.00 /hr.Work Environment:

Industrial fabrication setting (cutting, shaping, assembling materials)
Dusty, hands-on production environment
Exposure to lightweight insulation-type materials (non-fiberglass)
Fast-paced, physically active work

(This is not a cleanroom environment—candidates should be comfortable working in a typical manufacturing setting.)

Job Description: The Machine Operator/Saw Operator is responsible for setting up and operating manual and computerized equipment to cut and shape materials according to customer specifications. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, product quality, and workplace safety.Temp-to-hire window: Temp to Hire and Direct Hire opportunity availableRequirements:

Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Basic math and mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
