Join a local manufacturing team producing high-quality rubber products as a Machine Operator, where youll play a key role in daily production and quality control.This is a great opportunity to build hands-on manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with long-term potential. What Youll DoAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating production machinery while following safety and quality standards
- Pouring crumb rubber into molds, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Filling molds and safely operating presses using dual-hand controls
- Removing finished products using hand tools after press cycles*
- Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality*
- Managing multiple machines (up to four presses) to maintain production flow*
- Making adjustments based on supervisor direction*
- Stacking and organizing finished products on pallets*
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area*
- Tracking production counts and meeting output goals*
- Working in warm manufacturing conditions while following safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic*
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
- 4-day work week with consistent swing shift hours*
