Job Description

Well established and growing food manufacturer opening a brand new facility in Atlanta, GA is looking for experienced Machine Operators to join their team. Come be part of something new and exciting! This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fresh, modern work environment!

$18.00 - $22.00/hour

Training Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMAfter 1–2 months, shift assignment will move to either:1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality food products are produced efficiently and safely.

Operate sheeting machines, industrial ovens, fryers, and other production equipment
Monitor equipment during production runs and make adjustments as needed
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Follow GMP and food safety guidelines at all times
Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area
Report equipment issues or malfunctions to maintenance team
Complete production logs and documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

Prior experience operating sheeting machines, industrial ovens, or fryers in a food manufacturing environment required
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Basic math and measuring skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
