Job Title: Machine Operators (2nd/3rd Shift)Location: Dubuque, IAJob Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Shift Options:• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:00PM – 1:00AM • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 11:00PM – 7:00AM(Training for 8–12 weeks on 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM)
Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.50–$3.00/hour shift differential (based on shift)
Position Overview
RIE Coatings is growing and looking to add an additional shift to keep production rolling! If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that shows up and gets the job done, you'll fit in here.
What You'll Do
• Run coating, blasting, or cleaning lines• Load and unload parts to keep production moving• Inspect parts before and after processing• Use a computer to track jobs and follow steps• Move materials with pallet jacks or forklifts• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized• Jump in where needed-we work as a team

• Show up-this is a small crew, everyone matters• Do it right-quality matters every time• Be willing to learn-we'll train you, effort is key• Be ready to work-lifting 50+ lbs, on your feet, warm shop at times
