Manual Machine OperatorLocation: Grand Island, NEAvailable Shifts:3rd Shift
  • Sunday Thursday
  • 7: 30 PM 6: 00 AM
  • $24.04/hour
Weekend Shift
  • Friday Sunday
  • 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PM
  • Three 12-hour shifts
  • $23.04/hour
Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a manufacturing career with excellent pay? We're seeking Manual Machine Operators to join a growing production team in Grand Island. This position offers hands-on work, opportunities to develop machining skills, and a team-focused environment.What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate manual machining equipment
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Complete production, quality and machine operation logs
  • Perform daily machine checks and basic troubleshooting
  • Assist with inventory control and material movement
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

  • Ability to follow specifications and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing or machining experience is preferred but not required
