• Lead, coach, and support a team of ~20 machinists and forklift operators to meet daily production targets
• Coordinate shop floor activities to ensure efficient workflow, proper staffing, and on-time output
• Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure all products meet customer and internal specifications
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
• Train new hires and mentor existing team members to elevate skill level and overall team performance
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining or production issues
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency

• Prior experience in machining or manufacturing leadership (Supervisor or strong Lead experience)
• Ability to manage and motivate teams in a production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
• Working knowledge of machining processes, quality standards, and shop floor operations
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
