Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and components
Fabricate, modify and repair mechanical instruments and industrial equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and geometric tolerances
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators and depth gauges
Perform routine equipment operation and assist with maintenance and repairs
Follow established processes to ensure quality, safety and operational compliance
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across departments
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment

What You Bring

2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment preferred
Experience with manual lathes, milling machines or CNC equipment
Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Solid communication and organizational skills
Understanding of safety procedures and workplace standards
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
