Machinist – $20–$22/hr | Get Off Work by 2:30!Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PMStart Date: ASAPLocation: Harrisburg, ORPut your machining skills to work — and still have your afternoons!We’re hiring a Machinist to join an established Harrisburg manufacturer producing equipment used in agricultural and commercial applications. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with steady weekday hours, hands-on work, and the chance to grow your machining skills.If you have experience with CNC or manual machining, can read blueprints, and know your way around calipers and micrometers, we want to talk to you! What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, grinders, and saws.*
  • Read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to produce accurate parts.*
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.*
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to inspect your work.*
  • Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues.*
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance.*
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.*
  • Work with your team to keep quality production moving.
What You’ll Have
  • Previous CNC or manual machining experience.*
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.*
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.*
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.*
  • Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic.*
  • Ability to stand throughout your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.*
  • A safety-first, team-oriented attitude.
