Job Description
Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. Job Title: Mailroom & Office Services Clerk Job Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite) Job Duration: 12 Months Shift - Mon-Fri/ 8 AM - 5 PM Role Overview Supports client with: Copy and print Mail Reception Hospitality Must be able to lift 50 pounds and operate computer, copier, and postage equipment Qualifications High school diploma + 12 months related work experience (post-high school education preferred) Ability to move locations in one day if required Intermediate skill level with common software applications (file folder management, network production folders) Must submit monthly expenses accurately and on time Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Teamwork and positive relationships with co-workers Flexibility, adaptability, motivation, and urgency Basic math skills Sound judgment and decision-making ability Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Commitment to task completion Strong oral communication skills Working knowledge of account services for job scheduling Ability to comprehend and translate customer instructions Customer issue resolution and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use Willingness to report to alternate sites, possibly requiring longer commutes Ability to work in office/warehouse environments with normal conditions Working Conditions & Physical Demands Office/warehouse environment with normal lighting, ventilation, and noise Exposure to minor cuts and physical effort (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling machines up to 400 lbs) Walking between buildings may be necessary Moderate dexterity (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination) Close vision required Frequent local car travel Schedule flexibility required (some sites open at 6 AM, close at 7 PM or later, weekends possible) Responsibilities Support daily operations for contracted services at customer accounts Assist management with process improvement and compliance Support Field Implementation Managers with new accounts and expansions Assist with onboarding and cross-training peers Develop and update Site Procedure Guides Inspect sites for accuracy, compliance, and safety Provide feedback to improve customer experience Stand in for absences or vacations, including site management Execute and support services across multiple accounts Maintain customer-focused environment and satisfaction Escalate customer issues to ESM/AOM and support resolution Communicate effectively and respond quickly to customer needs Collect data for Monthly Operations Review Perform other duties as assigned Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
