Job SummaryThis position performs general facilities maintenance duties required for the Milford facilities. The deliverable is a safe and high quality working environment for Milford employees.Essential Functions
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed on breakdowns and project work.
- Ability to communicate in a positive way with a variety of personnel (management, office, contractors, factory, etc.)
- Responsible for maintaining a high safety standard throughout the plant (preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs and improvements)
- Ability to learn and start applying the principles of troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, security, building structures, etc.
- Ability to learn and perform the following processes: Welding, Office setup, electrical wiring, water supply / drain maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, lock and security system maintenance, lighting maintenance. roof repair, painting, carpentry, Etc.
