Maintenance And Repair Technician

Use the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to:

• Record maintenance activities
• Track work orders
• Update equipment history
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules

Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure continuous and safe operations.

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently and accurately.

Maintain accurate spare parts stock counts, ensuring proper inventory levels and reporting shortages when necessary.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies during maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
