Job Description
Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing ongoing preventative maintenance for the facility. Some of your job duties will includemaintaining accurate records and logs to produce required reports, as well as observing budgetary guidelines regarding supplies and service. You will be required to assure compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and abide by the standards identified in the Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
