Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Associate Duration: 12+ Months Location: Dickinson, ND. 58601 Payrate: $20 to $26 per hourSummary: The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. * Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
