Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join their team. As a Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Associate
Location: Rice, MN
Pay Range: $23- $25/hour
Shift: 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday - Friday – every other weekend – depends on needs
What's the Job?
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, replace, adjust, and modify various types of production equipment.
- Perform structural metal repairs and preventative maintenance duties following standard methods, practices, and procedures in emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Communicate professionally with co-workers, ensuring questions are answered accurately and promptly.
- Perform routine inspections, complete checklists, troubleshoot issues, and execute major repairs on mechanical or electrical units.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment.
- Ability to operate electric arc welding equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to perform general housekeeping and equipment securing duties at shift end.
