Job Description

Maintenance workers needed for care of high-end vacation homes. Job will include: Car

washing and detailing, running errands, snow shoveling, power washing, cleaning

mechanical rooms and garages, checking mechanical systems such as boilers,

pools, hot tubs, sprinklers, water features, hot water heaters, A/C units, and

furnaces. Basic knowledge of these systems preferred.

Milestone Management, Inc. is a locally-owned and operated premier property management company caring for private vacation homes in the Park City area.With over twenty years of experience, Milestone is a trusted community partner, managing forty to fifty private ski vacation homes year-round. Milestone employs fifteen full-time employees-property managers, housekeepers, and field and administrative staff-to handle any and all needs of the second homeowner before, during, and after each visit to their home.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
