Maintenance Technician / Facilities Maintenance, Senior - Full-Time
Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety, independence, and a wide range of tasks both indoors and out? Join the Hertrich Family of Dealerships and play a key role in maintaining one or more of our regional facilities across the Delmarva Peninsula.

What You'll Do:
- Perform general building maintenance at one or more of our area Dealerships/Collision Centers
- Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment
- Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains
- Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs
- Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance
- Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed
- Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided)
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated professional
