Maintenance Technician / Facilities Maintenance, Senior - Full-Time

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety, independence, and a wide range of tasks both indoors and out? Join the Hertrich Family of Dealerships and play a key role in maintaining one or more of our regional facilities across the Delmarva Peninsula.

What You'll Do:

Perform general building maintenance at one or more of our area Dealerships/Collision Centers
Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment
Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains
Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs
Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance
Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs
Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed
Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided)

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks
Reliable, dependable, and motivated professional
