Job Description

Position: Maintenance Director

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/HR DOE

Location: Monroe Care, 1405 S. Monroe St., Moses Lake, WA 98837

What you will do:

Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building
Complete request for repairs
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility
Perform and coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures
Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces
Ensure sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas are safe and maintained
Monitor building systems including fire alarms, sprinklers

Qualifications:

Have good technical and mechanical skills
Experience in light carpentry and plumbing
Experience with maintaining HVAC systems preferred
Must be familiar with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code (LSC) rules and recordkeeping.
Must be available for emergency calls such as night, weekends, and holidays.
