Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties

• * Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• * Perform advanced PLC programming, troubleshooting, and control logic analysis
• * Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, transformers, relays, and circuit boards
• * Install wiring, conduit, and electrical systems for new and existing equipment
• * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• * Replace and repair motors, bearings, wiring, and electrical components
• * Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• * Ensure compliance with LOTO and all safety protocols
• * Support preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives
• * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime
• * Perform additional mechanical and electrical duties as needed

Qualifications – Needed

• * High School Diploma or GED required
• * Electrical License, Journeyman License preferred OR equivalent schooling/experience
• * Minimum 2+ years of experience with PLCs (programming/troubleshooting) preferred
• * Strong background in industrial electrical maintenance and controls systems
• * Experience with motors, relays, sensors, and electrical components
• * Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues
• * Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• * Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• * Forklift certification preferred
• * Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments
• * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
