Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician/Millwright - Day & Night Shift

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled production equipment to minimize downtime.-Perform preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and corrective repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations.-Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, sensors, relays, contactors, overloads, timers, proximity switches, and other electrical components.-Follow all plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, arc flash, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
Required Skills & Experience
-High school diploma or equivalent.-Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.-Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and technical documentation.-Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and mathematical skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience with Allen-Bradley Control Systems, RSLogix 5000, and Siemens S7 PLC platforms.-Experience with Fanuc or Toshiba equipment and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Schedule Requirements
-Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. This schedule averages 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Candidates must be available to work alternating weekends and overtime as needed.-Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Candidates must be flexible to work overtime and accommodate occasional schedule adjustments as business needs require-First Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. This schedule averages 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Candidates must be available to work alternating weekends and overtime as needed.-Shift Differential: Overnight shift employees receive an additional $1.00 per hour for regular hours worked and $0.64 per hour for overtime hours worked.
