Syngenta's Maintenance team is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Co-op in St. Gabriel, LA. The co-op engineering student program is a continuous full-time position. This 30+ year program is open to Mechanical Engineering students who will get to work in the demanding world of chemical facility maintenance. Accountabilities

  • Perform equipment studies for reliability engineering.
  • Create sketches and part drawings for fabrication.
  • Develop testing and feasibility studies using fundamental engineering principles.
  • Scope and execute small capital projects.
  • Develop equipment repair procedures and check sheets.
  • Assist Maintenance Engineers in daily work.
