  • Use CMMS tools to manage work orders, labor utilization, asset history, maintenance KPIs, and spare parts strategy.
  • Integrate and optimize systems such as PLC/HMI, SCADA, and other automation platforms to improve monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Champion Lean, TPM, 5S, and autonomous maintenance initiatives across the facility.

Ideal qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of engineering and maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Previous experience supporting the launch and coordination of new process integration in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong background in automotive, transportation, or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 required; exposure to IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 highly desirable.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, automation, PLC/HMI diagnostics, SCADA systems, and controls platforms such as Rockwell or Siemens.
  • Strong experience with CMMS systems, capital planning, vendor coordination, and maintenance budgeting.
  • Advanced certifications such as CMRP, PMP, Six Sigma, or safety-related credentials are a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable improvements.
