Maintenance HelperPay:$18.00 per hourLocation:Sapulpa, OK 74066Shift:Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125725Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position supports maintenance technicians by assisting with facility upkeep, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and general housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and enjoys hands-on work in an industrial setting.Required Experience & Skills Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance tasksEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repair projects Perform general housekeeping and cleanup of work areas Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the facility as needed Support preventative maintenance activities on equipment and facilities Inspect work areas and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines Assist with additional maintenance and facility support duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous industrial maintenance or facilities experience Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environmentsPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent manual handling of tools, materials, and equipment Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as neededWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments Exposure to machinery, tools, and maintenance equipment Fast-paced, safety-focused workplace requiring appropriate PPE at all timesWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Stable temp-to-hire opportunity Hands-on role with opportunities to build maintenance experience Team-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term career growth in industrial maintenanceReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
