Job Description
Nielsen Mechanical is growing and looking to add a Maintenance HVAC Technician to support our service team across the Denver metro. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their HVAC career who wants steady work, hands-on training, and a clear path into commercial service.

What You’ll Do
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs
Work alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills
Document service work and communicate findings clearly
Service accounts across the Denver metro area
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred, open to strong residential techs)
Exposure to RTUs, split systems, and basic HVAC troubleshooting
Strong work ethic, reliability, and coachable mindset
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22–$28/hour DOE
Company vehicle (based on experience)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime and on-call rotation as needed
