Maintenance Manager

A leading company in petrochemical and fine chemicals is seeking an expert to oversee the maintenance operations and ensure the highest standards of equipment functionality in our modern, state-of-the-art facility. This role involves strategizing and directing a skilled maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime, enhance efficiency, and prolong equipment life. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance planning and execution, optimizing spare parts inventory, and advancing operational protocols across sophisticated systems including advanced turbines, compressors, and high-pressure networks.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, capable of fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical to streamline operations and drive excellence. The role demands the development and tracking of key performance indicators to measure workforce efficiency and equipment reliability while synchronizing with production schedules for optimal resource allocation. Budget management and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations are also crucial.

We are a new greenfield site offering the chance to implement innovative maintenance strategies like Reliability-Centered Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance. We value proactive solutions, aiming to decrease costs without compromising on efficiency.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in petrochemical or chemical plant maintenance, along with proven management expertise. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of maintenance best practices, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in maintenance management software.
