Exciting Opportunity: Maintenance Manager for a Leading Company
DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our esteemed client. As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize productivity
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and health & safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for on-call duties and emergencies as required
