Job Description

Location: Sioux City, IASalary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-performing maintenance team within our Sioux City area facility. This leader will play a key role in developing technicians, improving equipment reliability, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership. Someone who can coach, build accountability, implement sustainable systems, and drive long-term reliability rather than short-term fixes.

Must-Have Requirements

15+ years of management experience
Fully cooked food manufacturing experience
Protein industry experience (meat, poultry, or related protein processing)

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience supporting, developing, and directing maintenance technicians
Strong understanding and application of 5S workplace organization
Ability to lead, develop, and hold team members accountable while growing their skill sets
Significant hands-on industrial maintenance expertise
Experience with Autonomous Maintenance (AM), a TPM pillar where operators perform basic equipment care for early issue detection, reduced breakdowns, improved technician utilization, and increased ownership of equipment
Capability in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate problems at the source
Reliability-focused mindset, prioritizing long-term improvement over reactive repairs
Support for Lean or Continuous Improvement initiatives
Ability to balance maintenance priorities with operational needs
