Job Description

Location: Kenner, LASalary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription: The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a beverage manufacturer in the Kenner, LA area. The right candidate will have 5+ years of maintenance management experience with 2+ years in the food industry. We are looking for a hands on leader with a can do attitude.COMPENSATION: $115,000 to $130,000 plus bonus (Depending on experience) Relocation assistance offered for the right candidate.MUST HAVE: A bachelor’s degree (Engineering Preferred)MUST HAVE: Food industry experienceMUST HAVE: 5+ years of maintenance management experience with 2+ years in the food industryMUST HAVE: The desire to be out on the floor and not at a desk in an officeMUST HAVE: Very detailed and able to dive standardsResponsibilities:- Manage entire plant maintenance program- Ensure PM and maintenance schedules are followed- Strive to continually find ways to improve plant maintenance- Manage and mentor maintenance supervisors and techniciansRequirements:- A bachelor’s degree (Preferred)- 5+ years of maintenance management experience with 2+ years in the food industry- An extensive background in food/beverage production
