- Advanced electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Skills within plumbing, hydraulics, HVAC and etc.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills; an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Capable of motivating and directing personnel as they work, to determine the best person for various types of jobs
- Strong leadership and teamwork attributes
- Outstanding communication skills
- Capable of understanding which employees can handle what jobs to provide the most efficient and effective way of completing duties
- Capable of recognizing when there is a problem or capable of telling when something may go wrong
