Maintenance Manager

Anatole at Norman - Norman, OK

About the Job

We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at Anatole at Norman. You'll oversee the maintenance team, ensure high-quality repairs, manage budgets, and keep the community running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team

  • Oversee repairs, service requests, inspections, and preventative maintenance

  • Manage unit turns using TQMR standards

  • Ensure OSHA, EPA, ADA, and Fair Housing compliance

  • Maintain budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships

  • Support emergency maintenance needs and oncall rotation

What You Need

  • Experience in multifamily or property maintenance

  • HVAC certification required; CPO preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances

  • Leadership experience with the ability to train and coach

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
