Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order completion
- Preventative Maintenance
- Problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution
- Documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department's management.
Requirements:
- Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred
- Experience: Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or commercial setting. HVAC. Carpentry experience a plus.
- Certification: MD Driver's license
