Job Description

Overall Description:Coordinate the planning and scheduling of daily maintenance work in conjunction with manufacturing departments. Act as the communication link between maintenance and production for near and long-term scheduling of maintenance routine work and plant outages. Participate in maintenance improvement projects and teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Plans daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities. Coordinates plan with manufacturing units.

Completed calibrations -vs- total calibrations for each craft and Monthly Out of Calibration / Out of Tolerance calibrations

Identifies trends and proactively addresses contributors to plant downtime, increasing overall equipment effectiveness.

Updates CMMS per change control to reflect accurate data, work plans, and frequencies.

Experience Required:Must have minimum of 5 years experience in an industrial Maintenance program and minimum one year of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

Must have strong knowledge of mechanical systems and methods of repair.

Must have strong organizational and project management skills.

Must have experience with SAP Maintenance module is a strong plus as is experience using Microsoft Office software and Outlook.
