Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Service Technician

Location: Conway, AR

What You'll Do:

As a Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding promptly to all service requests

  • Performing daily preventive maintenance

  • Maintaining pool operations (if applicable)

  • Assisting with landscaping and grounds care

  • Supporting make-ready efforts for new move-ins

  • Ensuring resident satisfaction through quality work and communication

What We're Looking For:

  • HVAC or EPA Certification (Preferred)

  • Experience with pool maintenance (Preferred)

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance work

  • A customer-first attitude with great communication skills

  • Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

  • Comfortable with bending, stooping, crawling, and working in tight spaces

  • Ability to work overhead for extended periods

  • Must be able to walk the property and climb stairs frequently
