WHY JOIN OUR TEAM: Equal Opportunity Employer Full-time Position with a Complete Benefit Package Safety-Sensitive Position DUTIES: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for: Carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis. QUALIFICATIONS: To succeed in this role, you should have: HVAC or EPA certification (required). Pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of multifamily experience with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position involves physical activities, and you should be able to: Lift objects up to 75 lbs. Bend, stoop, and twist into small areas. Bend forward when picking up objects from the ground. Reach overhead for an extended period of time due to overhead repair work.
