Job Summary:We are a Wendy's Franchise in the Atlanta area and we are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC/R, appliance repair, and field service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical systems- Conduct field service visits to customer locations- Provide excellent customer service while on-site- Document all work performed and parts used accurately

Experience:- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics- Experience 5 years minimum- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing appliances- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
