Job Description

We are seeking a Storeroom Supervisor based in our Ranson, WV to join the Maintenance team.

Pay: $70,000 - $100,000

Your future team:

Supervisor focused on maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) for the Ranson facility. This role supports Operational Excellence through an MRO lens, ensuring the right parts, materials, and processes are in place to support reliable equipment performance. If you enjoy improving processes associated with maintaining equipment and managing spare parts in a manufacturing environment, then this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with Maintenance Supervisors to support continuous improvement goals related to maintenance and spare parts management.
  • Oversee all MRO purchasing and spare parts inventory by supervising Purchasing Agents and the Storeroom team.
  • Manage the MRO-related modules within our SAP system for the Maintenance Department.
  • Compile data from various ROCKWOOL systems to help analyze challenges within the manufacturing facility and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage MRO asset and spare parts strategies to support uptime, reduce downtime risk, and control operating costs.
  • Implement Kaizen and other improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department and Storeroom.
  • Support efforts to increase OEE by ensuring availability of critical parts and materials and reducing losses related to MRO.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Process teams to develop and implement new ideas that increase the overall effectiveness of the production process and its assets.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5 years' practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with extensive experience in MRO, purchasing, and/or maintenance support.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Skilled in data acquisition and report building.
  • Previous experience with inventory organization and storeroom management preferred.
