Job Description
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 5 to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor 5, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting Plant Maintenance and Production Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 5Location: Wentzville, MOPay Range: $48 – $55 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Supervise maintenance and construction projects within the plant
- Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support plant goals related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Productivity
- Train, develop, and lead a multi-trade workforce
- Coordinate maintenance activities while managing schedules, budgets, and resources
What’s Needed?
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
- Experience supervising multi-trade teams
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
