Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift)Location: Bloomsburg, PASalary: $60,000 – $63,000Industry: Manufacturing & ProductionJob Category: Manufacturing – Other ManufacturingJob Summary: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will generally lead a team four Maintenance Technicians and be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and upholding EHS performance, practices and compliance standards that directly impacts productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Work SCHEDULE: This role follows a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle.This schedule provides a consistent 2-3-2 rotation with every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week, supporting work-life balance and recovery.Additionally, for weeks worked over 40 hours you are paid overtime.For weeks you are working 36 hours, you are paid for 40 hours.Rotation:3 days off: Saturday – Monday2 days on: Tuesday & Wednesday2 days off: Thursday & FridayThis pattern repeats consecutively as part of the 2‑3‑2 rotation.Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Experience with continuous improvement techniquesExperience with Finishing and /or Anodizing processes Trained and competent in LEAN principlesExperience facilitating Root Cause AnalyssExperience leading EHS initiatives throughout an organizationGCG® is one of world’s leading providers of business transformation solutions related to supply chain and technology solutions for order fulfillment and marketing execution.
