Who we are looking for:

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for its facility located in Byesville, Ohio. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this person will be responsible for helping the Byesville Maintenance team with continuous production.

What you'll do:

• Organize, and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment with emphasis on equipment uptime and to resolve quality and production related issues in the spirit of continuous improvement, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
• Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
• Conduct routine maintenance of electrical equipment, wiring, and resources.
• Work with maintenance team and production personnel in analyzing and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Clearly communicate maintenance situations with appropriate personnel.
• Plant wide accountabilities for operational aspects including progress toward quality and production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality and housekeeping.
• Other tasks as determined by the Operations Manager
• Supervisor and manage shift mechanics
• Ordering of equipment, supplies, etc
• Uphold the core values of Atkore

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
• 3-5 years electronics troubleshooting experience in and industrial environment strongly preferred
• PLC/HMI programming experience preferred
• Knowledge of A/B and Siemens PLC's strongly preferred
• Knowledge of AC/DC drives
• Knowledge in induction heating and welding equipment
• Knowlege in Servo Drive Systems
• Knowledge in automated packaging systems and/or robotics
• Knowledge in 3-phase power systems
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in person and written
• Ability to use a computer and electronic equipment
