What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
Ability to handle after-hours emergencies
Strong communication and leadership skills
High school diploma or GED, basic tools, and reliable transportation

What You’ll Do:

Lead all maintenance operations for the property
Oversee and train team members
Complete service requests and apartment turns
Ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
Provide outstanding service to residents
Manage vendors, inventory, and budget
