Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Reports to: Maintenance Manager

At Motus, we're revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Maintenance Supervisor to help us make an impact and drive this position to new heights.
A successful candidate will be high energy, driven, resourceful and a problem solver
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment; audit equipment to ensure good working conditions, proper guarding, log out tag out compliance, etc.
- Train and develop new and existing maintenance staff on standard operating procedures, safety programs, etc.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance program and ensure maintenance schedule is completed in a timely manner
- Submit purchase orders for supplies, tools, equipment, and repair parts; submit capital expenses request when appropriate; maintain purchased inventory
- Present and implement continuous improvement projects to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiencies and safety
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
- Technical or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience including supervision
- Strong emphasis on state and local safety regulations, safety compliance and training
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
