Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily maintenance activities while promoting a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental programs, and maintaining 24/7 operational support as needed
Lead and mentor the maintenance team through hands-on support, coaching, performance management, training, and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and safe work practices
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, work orders, repairs, equipment improvements, and contractor activities to minimize downtime, improve reliability, and optimize plant operations
Manage maintenance operations including scheduling, shift handoffs, payroll/timekeeping approvals, tool and inventory management, 5S standards, and collaboration with Operations and Planning teams to support production goals
Required Skill & Experience:
5+ years of Maintenance experience in a similar environment; 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisor role
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and PLC's
Must be able to work on Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, etc.
