Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical aptitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by servicing and completing Preventive Maintenance of equipment including motors, conveyor systems, Gear Boxes/Transmission systems, and other production related equipment. Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns on machines including motors, gearboxes, couplings and motor alignment, roller chain/sprockets alignment, conveyor systems. Capable of following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications Communicate with production & maintenance team members. Conduct routine safety checks Conduct LOTO when working on equipment Utilization of CMMS system for all work orders. Qualifications Ability to read and understand mechanical prints for all types of machinery. Some ability to understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints Ability to read and understand manuals, policies, and procedures, as provided by the OEM’s Advanced problem solving skills with mechanical machinery Good written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Proficient with the use of hand, power tools and measurement devices Some fabrication skills Self-motivated, responsible and Safety Oriented individual.
