• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Diagnose machine malfunctions using testing equipment and determine required repairs
• Complete machine modifications, adjustments, and equipment improvements as needed
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time
• Support plant operations by assisting with facility maintenance projects and repairs
• Help maintain chemical and repair parts inventory

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Additional education or training in mechanical maintenance preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of job-related maintenance experience
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with a variety of maintenance tools and equipment
