Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha Metro.Hillcrest Shadow LakePay: Starting at $19.00+ per hour based upon experience

Requirements for Maintenance Tech:

One year of experience performing building maintenanceHVAC system knowledge is highly preferredValid driver's license is required

Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech:

Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed dailyAssisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident carePerforming building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshootingDocumenting completed workResponding to and competing work orders in a timely mannerAvailable for on-call as needed and or scheduled
