Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client immediately hiring for a Groundskeeper/Maintenance at a local apartment complex in Troy, Alabama.
Pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour and you will work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Duties:
- Maintain the grounds to include mowing, landscaping, and outside repairs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing things in the apartments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
Skills:
- Mechanical, electrical or plumbing knowledge is preferred.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping.
